Sharon Warmington is a straight talking, no nonsense business consultant, transformational speaker and trainer who has set her sights on conquering the globe. Having survived domestic violence, homelessness and near financial ruin, Sharon continued to pick herself up and keep moving forward towards success.
Born in Birmingham, UK, Sharon has had a varied and exciting journey that has taken her across mainland Europe, Scandinavia and North America, all of which have allowed her to draw on established and unique skills. Sharon is always able to create from a ‘blank canvas’ and has set up and supported several businesses including her own. With executive and life coaching as part of her remit of skills, Sharon works with national and international businesses in leadership development.
Sharon’s breadth of knowledge and expertise stems from her many years in business, which started in 2000. In 2006, Sharon founded a manufacturing company by securing substantial international investment and generated sales of a unique renewable energy in; the UK, Norway, Spain and the Czech Republic. Sharon’s role relied heavily upon her strategic management experience and unique leadership skills that gave her the platform to create her own consultancy business working with Chairs, CEO’s and Director’s of growing and established companies. Sharon also faced the Investors on BBC Dragon’s Den and despite not achieving the investment, went on to successfully promote and sell the products across Europe.
Her experience and knowledge in operating commercial businesses includes; corporate governance and securing and managing contracts in excess of £1.5m. Strong leadership skills are of paramount importance and Sharon is able to lead and guide individuals towards improvement at all levels.
Sharon is an exceptionally motivated trainer and public speaker who can empower and inspire as well as innovate and drive businesses and individuals forward. She is commercially experienced and skilled in developing businesses with an abundance of enthusiasm and energy. Excellent influencing and high-level negotiation skills are also housed within her broad remit of experience having secured investment from Secret Millionaires and venture capitalists.
In her upcoming book – “Unstoppable – How Today’s Woman can Smash the Glass Ceiling” Sharon has penned her own thoughts on success for others to draw upon. Using interviews and quotes from other successful women at the top of their game, this book is a blueprint for women of all ages to achieve success for themselves.

Sharon lives in her home town of Birmingham, UK, but travels nationally and internationally, speaking to varied audiences of individuals who want to change their lives but struggle with how to get started. Sharon uses her unique style to embrace audiences and empower individuals to take massive action and her ultimate aim is to help individuals of all ages, to achieve their goals quicker than if they were to travel the journey alone.
Sharon served as a Parent Governor at Sutton Coldfield Grammar School for Girls for 7 years and as an Interim Executive Board (IEB) Vice Chair, she assisted in bringing a local primary school out of Special Measures in less than 12 months after being appointed by the Department of Education due to her expertise in governance. As a Licensed Assessor for Governance, Sharon puts Chair’s, Head’s and their Clerk’s through the bespoke Governance Assessment Process (GAP) developed by The Governance Forum. She is the eternal student who believes that if you stop learning, you stop moving forward and as such, she received a Degree with Distinction, in Leadership and Management for Change and Growth from world-renowned Aston University in July 2014. In May 2015, Sharon became an international mentor for the University of Cambridge and specifically works with the winners of the Queen’s Young Leaders International Programme with coachee’s in countries such as Zambia and Mozambique.
Sharon invests in her own personal and business development and has been coached by Les Brown, JT Foxx, Dr Nido Qubein and has interviewed Lady Michelle Mone OBE. Her most recent recognition is being awarded the title of Inspirational Woman for 2016 by the Success Makers Foundation.
